After a long decision process, eliminating a digi-P&S and DSLR, I took the Bessa-T along on a skiing holiday. The CV25/4 and a FED50/3.5 collapsible were also taken along.

The really good bit about it, was that I could wear the RF under my coat without any discomfort. Every day, I alternated between the 25 and 50 to be put on the camera and stuck with that for the day. Both the 25 without the shade and the 50 collapsed were so flat that I could pull the camera out whenever I needed and snap a shot.. 🙂

The bad thing was that I found I couldn't really 'zoom with my feet'. Zooming with my skis proved somewhat of an adventure in itself. I couldn't help thinking with ever shot I took, that it could have been framed so much better with a DSLR and a zoom. 😱

Now about the bad stuff.. I lost the 25mm finder. Somehow it got dislodged and managed to bury itself under the snow on the very first day. I had to wing it with a 50mm finder only, which I wrapped the foot of with tape, so that it sat 'bolted' into the shoe of the Bessa.. I should have thought of that before venturing out with the 25.. 🙁

Well, let's hope that at least the pictures 'come out' right..
