Sneaky reminds me of my cat Pepe who loves to lay in my chair. Getting Pepe’s shots have cost me over $600. That’s ridiculous.

Hi Chris. I had a stroke on March 8th. I’m doing fine but my left leg is weak. I limp but can still walk. Can’t work anymore. Drs. say my stroke came from my job driving a truck. Found blood clots in both my legs which they say is common with truck drivers. Haven’t picked up a camera in a while but beginning to get an itch to again plus I need to exercise my leg as much as I can. Hope you are well & hope your son is doing good as well.
I would call it enlightened self-interest. After all, a good relationship needs the occasional selfless gesture.View attachment 4830271
The Great Debate: Gratitude or Greed!
Sneaky had steak and chicken for dinner tonight. He came inside to eat and jumped up on the counter, where I put the plate of meat for him.
He looked at it, then came over to me and headbutted me and rubbed his face on me a couple times, then went back to the food. He saw my son standing there and paused, quickly looking back and forth from the plate of food to Mack and back at the food, trying to decide if he should eat or go thank Mack, too.
After a bit of thought, Sneaky walked over to Mack and headbutted him, then went back and hunched over the plate of meat to eat!
How dare you, it is my chair.View attachment 4830588
Sneaky likes to lay on this chair. He was annoyed to find it occupied by one of my tripods. I was testing out a Minolta HiMatic AF2, one of the earliest 35mm autofocus point and shoot cameras from the late 1970s. I bought the thing 25 years ago and forgot I had it! The lens is surprisingly sharp, but it vignettes a lot. This was done with the camera's built in flash.
How dare you, it is my chair.

Sneaky woke me up a half hour ago, around 9am, after sleeping all night with me, by cuddling up to me and kneading my bare arm with FULL CLAWS to let me know that it was now "Feed Me O'clock" and time to wake up NOW. I fed him, he rejected the food. I added some leftover steak to it; still not interested. I added treats to it, and he's now eating everything.
He's been sleeping with me a lot lately. When I went to bed last night, he was curled up asleep in a basket of dirty clothes in my bedroom closet. He must have had one eye open because as soon as I got into bed, he jumped into bed with me.
I can relate to this, Chris.
My Joey often doesn't come to bed at the same time I do. So, when he does decide to come, he'll wake me up because he wants to be welcomed. Then in the morning, he'll engage in all sorts of activities around me to get me up.
