My recent ebay plundering is for naught, as this thing no fitty. The shoe is on the wrong side, finder ends up hanging over the shutter speed dial. The pic on the left is the one I have. Pic on the right is where the shoe SHOULD be. So I'll be sending this'n back. It's really nice, though, very adorable, just like my Rolleiflex finder, but about 1/4 the size. Does anybody know what camera will actually work with it, something that has a shoe mount to the left of the lens?

They did make a version for the Zeiss Ikon Contax RFs. If yours is a Contax version, I'll take it off your hands!

It's also a finder that back in the days were used on Leica M3/M2.
If it fits that I would take it off your hands 🙂

Langdon, accessory shoes to either side of the lens are rare: the finder will be to this side or that and so will the image on the film. Furcafe speaks of the Contax/Kiev, in which the shoe is offset and needs a finder with a foot which is offset to compensate. The KMZ turret finders come in two varieties: foot left and foot right. Rich, the finder should fit an M3 or M2 all right, but you'll have to take it off whenever you want to change shutter speed.
