Thank you to everyone who looked at and commented on my photos of the old General Electric factory in Fort Wayne. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I was so happy to be able to get those photos!
For those who haven't seen them, I posted them on the previous page (page 54) of this thread.
You can also see them here:

Beautiful images from the old GE buildings! I just started myself trying to get in contact with a local very large factory near me that is shutting down to see if I can get some time in there... I'm not expecting much but seeing those gave me the push to reach out.

I hope they let you in to photograph. GE would never have let me, or anyone else, in. Its only because someone else owns the property now that we were allowed in.
I'm going today to photograph the beginning of demolition work on the high school I graduated from in 1994. It was closed by the local school system in 2010 and is now going to be demolished. The school system, which I worked for as a high school English teacher, would never have let me do that, either, but they sold the school and the new owners are happy to let me photograph.

Just got an email back explaining that if I wanted to use their trademark I would need to fill out a form.. They obviously didn't bother to read my email thoroughly to understand my request. Now I need to do some digging to find actual personal emails of people to see if I can get in contact with an actual person that works there.
That's really interesting that both of these have come from new owners being cool with you coming in for photos of the place. I look forward to seeing if you post the new photos from the school!!

This stop sign is on the corner of Pennsylvania Road and 25th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Someone has put a sticker on the sign, under the word STOP, so that it now says "Stop And Kiss."
I photographed it Saturday afternoon.

Someone must have a hidden video cam pointed at that spot.
Took a look at the GE photos. Reminds me of some of the places I worked out of on the railroad, especially the wood block floors. You've captured the feeling of those places quite well. I've got one of those "Union Yes!" stickers around here somewhere.

There was a rainstorm at dusk on the evening of May 31, 2018 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
I made a series of photographs of the gathering storm clouds in the sky, using the shapes of the clouds and colors in the sky to create a series of six abstract photographs.

Elmhurst Church Of The Nazarene is a small church built of limestone on Sandpoint Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The church is down the street from my house, in the neighborhood where I grew up.
I photographed it a few days ago at dusk, so that the lighted cross at the top of the church's facade, made of glass bricks, would show up well.

I made this abstract color field image yesterday evening by photographing the clear blue sky over my house.

These electric power pylons were built in 2017 across this field on the southwest corner of Lower Huntington Road and Coverdale Road in rural Allen County, Indiana.
I photographed them on one of the foggiest mornings that I have ever seen. The black spots on the power lines are small birds!
This is near the long driveway that led back to an abandoned farmhouse that was demolished at the beginning of 2018.

This cellphone tower is on the east side of US-33, between Washington Center Road and Merchant Road, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
I photographed it at sunset. The light and the color of the sky was changing rapidly. The two photos were made just about 5 minutes apart but look very different!

I made these two photographs of the sky right after I photographed the cellphone tower in my previous post. These two were just a couple minutes apart, but the sky has changed a lot in that short interval.
