The GF1 with various lenses, including Leica M & LTM, Voightlander M & LTM and others and it works for me. I have no problem using the external view finder and enjoy the 0 to 90 degree angle that you can position the viewfinder when taking shots.
On B&H and other camera store sites you can find a GF1 body only for $450.00, buy with one of the lenses, a 14-45 or 20/1.7 for a couple of hundred more.

Amazon still has the kits, but they're going for $399 now. I bought one of the open-boxed ones for $350; thus the $90 G1.
