Don't forget the NEX-5R.
I chose it over the 6/7 in spite of their viewfinders because it is significantly smaller/more pocketable (and cheaper) and has touch-screen live view. For me, it's not about using a fancy touchscreen, it's that I can frame an image, zoom into the specific part I need critical focus on, achieve it, and immediately snap the photo. The 6/7 require you to either zoom to the center, achieve focus, then re-frame, or move the zoomed portion around with directional arrows.)
I chose it over the 5N in spite of its lower price (and largely similar performance) because the 5R has a programmable function button and a shutter speed wheel (like the two on the 6/7, but only one), which allows for much more pleasant and readily adaptable manual shooting. I think the older model would require a good deal more menu hunting, which I really dislike.
Ultimately, it was a close call for me, but I swung toward the 5R when I decided to think of this camera as a compliment to rather than replacement of my Canon 5D classic, which I still think has superior image quality and character. Once Sony or somebody else make a full-frame camera with the size, build, manual function, etc, etc, of the Nex-6 or 7, then I'll probably end up replacing both my bodies.
Of course, I have taken nary a photo with my 5D since I got the 5R!
