I have shot an HP5 film that expired in 2003. I see the stand development at 1:100 with 5ml Rodinal at 20°C for 60minute as the safest way to develop it.
When the Rodinal is exhausted, not much can go wrong if the time is selected to be too long.
Am I correct, that this would be fafest development for any expired film?
