I thought I'd share these two images. I'm not looking for much of a crit on them as they're here to show a couple photo's I got despite my own ignorance!

I recently acquired two new rollei screens. One from Doug Reilly, and one from Rick Olesen. So D'Reilly's screen went into the Rolleiflex 3.5 Automat, and although not hugely accurate, the screen works fine and is bright, a worthy replacement to the poor original. The Olesen screen went into my beloved Rolleicord III.

Now, the fresnel screen from DReilly is installed fresnel-down (so the fresnel rings are towards the internal mirror), and so I didn't bother reading Olesen's instructions and installed his screen in the same fashion. I was scratching my head why the test roll came out so blurry. I ran another roll through (using my Rolleinar on the camera) and below are two of the good photo's from the roll.

Course, I developed the film, and whilst waiting for it to dry I read Olesen's instructions to see where I went wrong - "install the screen fresnel side UP" !

(Rolleicord III, 1/50 and 1/100 at f/3.5 on Lucky SHD400)
