Tim,
I like these pictures a lot. How to you set your X100 up... AF, manual; auto metering or sunny 16 or?

Hey for outdoors hyper focal with manual expusure of about f11 and 1/500-1/1000 (I put the camera up to my eye REALLY fast so I find I get blur less than that ). I go off the histogram to adjusts the iso, until auto iso is only 1 button press away 🙁

For inside af middle andi I hold it out waist level. I think I mixed both aperture and shutter priority. Great camera for the market insanely stealthy and quite. However I find in areas which aren't well lit the cameras af struggles very badly.

I love this camera but a hybrid af or rf mode would be excellent. Until then I'll still enjoy it though, no camera except maybe my d700 is perfect 😉

Love this portrait. Have you thought about the possibility of heavily cropping away the left side (getting rid of the sky which competes with his eyes) and the bottom, (getting rid of the newspaper and hands)? T'would be very powerful.
