Street pics that tell a story

I guess we can never be quite sure about what is going on with the candid street subjects in the photos we make of them. But some such images nevertheless leap off the screen with a story that is at least plausible - often because there is apparent emotion being depicted. Happy, sad, calm, resigned, angry, ebullient or whatever.

Here is an oldish one of mine and while I can only guess at the circumstances of the fellas in the image, I can't help but feel for the guy on the right of the group. It seems to me that he is feeling angst or something akin to it and his mates seem to be offering emotional sustenance and support. I am sure others have some photos where there is real emotion or at least a story we can see and feel. But I stumbled on this one today, it havnig been off my radar for a while and thought I would like to give it a "run" here as a starter post for a new thread.

Here's one of mine from circa 2008. It's one of my favorites (on my website's home page) specifically because it tells a story, depicts emotion and chronicles a sense of place.

Hands clasp in an almost prayerful gesture I often wonder if this is a look of gratitude or perhaps anticipation.

No idea what's going on here. I noticed the blindfold first it was only later that I noticed the covered right hand. Handcuffs maybe?
This continues to baffle me to this day. This was 2014 in Liverpool UK.
