A lottery ticket seller in Ba Chieu Market, Saigon. The tickets sell for 50 Dollar cents. The profit to the seller is small. Many of the ticket
sellers are elderly and many others have a physical or mental handicap. Someone is taking care of this guy: his shirt is clean and ironed.
He's out in the sun a lot contributing to the income of his family.
