I really like the color rendering. is this digital or film? if film I'm curious what film. thanks!
It reminds me of the old Kodak 400UC. If it's film, I'd like to know too!

The Rokkor-M + Leica M = a very compact kit. I love the lens and used it almost exclusively for a year or two. It's not perfect though.. Take a look at the second photo: the out of focus rendering is a bit average and highlights in the background are best avoided. However, this hasn't bothered me in 99% of the photos i've taken with the Rokkor.

I know rollei also made a 40mm lens for their Rollei RF, does anybody have info about that lens? I never found one selling so I guess it should be a nice piece of glass, I mean if the camera ends on the market but the lens does not...

While waiting for parts to get my CL up and running, I took a few shots with the Leica 40 on my Olympus em5 with Fotodiox adapter.

One of the best bang-for-your-buck Leica lenses - a wonderful little performer. Here's a selection of shots with it on film on my blog by clicking here.

I'm glad to see the 40mm Rokkor included here. Has anyone done a direct side by side comparison of it with the 40 Summicron? It would be nice to see that comparison posted here!
