Summitar Adventures

Went out to Mineral Point, WI Sunday and put my lllc /Summitar through the paces. I'm just coming to grips with this lens/camera and I really think I'm going to like it. I'm just running a few rolls of Kodak Gold through it now to just get it to where it feels good in my hands and not feel like a foriegn object. I just can't seem to let go of it! It's rather strange but the more I use it the less I want to use my 30D. I'm feeling a freedom each time I pick up this Leica. Here's a few images from the day and as per usual forgive the lousy scans from the lab please.

Summitar`s are great lenses!

I have a rare "uncoated" early one up now for trade in the WTT section 🙂

I like that VW beetle shot reminds me of the girls back in Germany who climbed all over my Oval Window at times.....

Strange oranges indeed! Now, there's no way you just happened upon a great looking girl standing on a VW!
