The Ultrapod II is a much more substantial tripod than the Ultrapod I, with a 6lb nominal max load. I've been known to put an Alpa 12 WA on one (significantly heavier and more expensive than a TLR). Rollfilm SLRs and TLRs just ain't a problem.The Ultrapod is a sweet mini tripod but it certainly isn't high on my list to mount an expensive TLR. YMMV.
I would consider it when I have nothing else...however, it's perfect as a chest pod.

I bought a "Pod" beanbag style camera support. Think this will suit my needs for long time exposures. Simply plop down - adjust - shoot.

avoid this one at any cost? waste of money, even very little
