TAMRON AD2 Lenses on Pentax DSLR

I am looking at using my Tamron AD2 lenses on a Pentax 1st DSLR to try out digital.I assume that my Tamron PK Mount will work on these cameras but in manual mode.Apologies for my ignorance,any comments
would be much appreciated.

Strap it on a check - you can't damage anything.

Just check the camera side adapter setup first - it will need to be set to trigger without a lens.
