Test Scan CS9000

I have a question if someone wouldn't mind helping: I recently started scanning with a coolscan 9000 35mm. I've been mostly happy with the results so far. 1 image attached has lines through the center of the image. Do you think this is a scanner issue or a film developing issue? I tried scanning with both silverfast and nikonscan with the same result. Thanks a lot!

do you mean the lines on the sign? they look like they actually are on the sign to me.

ps: why are people uploading screenshots of pictures rather than the picture itself?

Thanks I took it a long time ago and didn't remember!

File was too large to attach and I didn't have a program to downsize on this machine.

diagonal lines are not very likely to be produced by a defective digital sensor =)
