I didn't even know LUG was still around. Was a frequent visitor, sometime contributor, back in the old days. Even had a few of my pictures published in their yearbooks.

How does one look at the images in a larger size? When I click on the thumbnail, it just takes to another page with more thumbnails?

It's a bit of a tricky interface. Some Items will have a "Size: xxx items" (xxx items total)" label indicating more items. Sort of like folder or directory structure.
For example, Peter Dzwig shows: "Size: 19 Items (572 Items total)" - meaning, there are 19 labeled 'directories' or themes for lack of a better definition and a total of 572 images in those directories. Just keep drilling down into a file the lacks the "Size:" indicator and you will be on the actual image icon where you can perform Exif and view Full Size actions (see examples below).

So for example if you select his name, then Select his directory France, you will see there are 7 images there which you can open and enlarge per my instructions below. (the directory France will have a label with "Size: 7 items").

Hope you can see these images: the camera icon above the image opens an Exif pop-up window and the second icon will pop-open a full-size image window. Hope this helps.

Meh.
Slightly bit more above regular dross. Outskirts anyway. I'd rather back to RFF gallery.
