I would like to suggest getting into the habit of trading instead of selling and buying.
Anything that makes shopping for new kit a social adventure is a good thing 😛
Plus eliminating actual dollars from transactions sort of is a cleansing experience. Dollars are dirty even if gear is clean! 😀

never entered my mind.

an rx1 would be an extra camera for me not a sole camera.
though if i had to live with it on it's own it would not be a hardship...
