The Sixties!

I came across a large pile of old B&W negatives I made in the late 1960s.
I wonder if anyone else has such a pile and would consider showing some of them? Lots of old Hippie stuff I suspect.

These were taken about 1968 in Kitchener Ontario Canada at a train station:

Unfortunately my old negatives was soaked in a big flood that hit Manila in the 90s. Most were shot with a minolta slr and nikon F.

Yes, I have quite a few B&W and color slides that I need to turn & burn and get scanning some of them. Now that my wife & I are my nesters and I've only have one foot in the photography biz, it's time to work on them.

Thanks for the reminder as I need to get going with this project.

My negatives and slides only go back to the mid-1970s (I used our family's Kodak Instamatic with 126 film, followed by a Minolta HiMatic E which was a gift from my uncle when I turned 13.)

I think it should be pointed out that we are looking at _40_ year old photographs preserved by nothing else other than their own existence and that's something positive to reflect on archivability wise. Keep posting!

That's just coming into the "new-port" of Kerkyra/Corfu ... in the early morning judging by the shadows, I often have coffee at the Black Cat which is in that gap in the buildings on the right hand side.
