The ugliest camera you ever saw.

At the top of my "Ugly" scale:

Sorry, I wouldn´t call it ugly - just interesting. The Barnacks a on top of my ugly list - a now a lot are going to kill me.

Oh ye gods, what is this thing?

I think that is the shuttlecraft from the starship enterprise :)
Lots of ugly cameras, the Hassleblad Lunar is the winner for me, looks like the mock-up was placed too near a fire and melted, the team just decided to build it anyhow.

Myself I think the Nikon D800e is ugly, the designer seems to give it the thumbs up though and says it suits him down to the ground.

That Mamiya is pretty ugly. It looks warped. The build a Lomography Konstruktor is pretty ugly too.

Yes. pretty ugly but I think I'm going to buy one. I seem to have a soft spot (in my head, I guess.:D ) for these DIY kit cameras. The Gakkenflex was fun to build and to use. The Knostruktor just needs the right stickers!

With apology to Rob, I think this particular Petri is quite up there in the funny-looking scale:

No apologies necessary, I do get that my taste is not yours nor should be.

As for my vote for ugly cameras, how about this one:

The gold plated Leicas aren't so much ugly as they are TACKY. The basic form is still pretty, but the accoutrements scream "too much money, not enough taste".

Nikon 1 V2 is pretty grim, which is a shame as I thought the V1 was very nice to look at, understated, almost like a Ricoh GRD.

The Mercury II film camera. It has what looks like boils all over the front and that fan-thing on the top. A friend of mine had one in the late 1950s and as I recall it took half frame portrait-style photos. I never understood how a guy who drove a classic Austin-Healey A100 could have such a camera.

Sure is one of the weirder merges between metal and wood I've seen in a while.
Just doesn't match up (and who the heck would need a wooden grip on a camera that fits in your shirt pocket?).

Weird...... :D
