Bokeh is funny - 20 years ago nobody spoke of Bokeh or examined the subtleties to the extent we do today
IMHO a nice Bokeh is one that gives dimensionality to an image, the out of focus area, either by color, tone and/or texture, helps the in focus area stand apart and really snap out of the the scene. At the same time, this is without the OOF area being a distracttion.

I think Andreas' picture is a good example of this, as well as many others in this thread.
