Toyota Security System Locked up Car Computer

Who has any knowledge on how to unlock a car computer?

I had the car towed to a mechanic. It is a strange situation where the battery dies while the car security system was on, and now nothing seems to unlock tha car computer.

Do you have the original key? A colleague with a toyota purchased it second hand and did not have the original 'master' key which has the magic computer chip inside it to talk with the security system.

Mechanic serviced car, did something with battery, car security system locked everything...

Hopefully yours is not this same issue.

What you describe happend to your friend also happened to me. I have a master key, but I doubt it that it will unlock anything. Good idea though. I did not think of it.
