The most important thing of all is taking care of your health, extending your life and enhancing your quality of life. Next is to keep making photographs. If I were in your shoes, I would be inclined to avoid the chemical exposure (both airborne and skin contact) that comes with developing and printing.
Since analog developing and printing is not advisable given your situation, acquiring the M Monochrom seems to be an obvious solution.
