I would just put a CV 28-35mm minifinder on it, and be done with all this viewfinder accuracy stuff. With rangefinders, reasonable close, is about all you can strive for. If you want something more accurate, I suggest a SLR. Rangefinder composition is a different bird than SLR composition
When first getting into rangefinders I too was overly analy compulsive about framing "error". You have to just go with the flow with rangefinders. You may find it makes you a better photographer. It is, undeniable different and not for everyone.
