Got this Zorki 6 dirt cheap, was just goin for the lens - but it actually works and quite well. I just never found out what the inscription says on the back. Any of you guys speak russian?

Tutubalin indeed.
The "X/c" designations after military ranks usually designate classes of service. И/С stands for интендантской службы if I remember correctly, "quartermaster". So, not a KGB guy.
