Translation needed, do you speak Russian

"To Captain Mutubalin L. S. from the Ministry of Defence of USSR 1966"

Mutubalin? Heh..
Welcome to the ranks, soldier!

Note "Made in USSR", the KGB porkie got an export version.

Rather "To Captain Tutubalin" to the best of my knowledge. And I am not sure what "u/c" means following Captain.

Tutubalin indeed.

The "X/c" designations after military ranks usually designate classes of service. И/С stands for интендантской службы if I remember correctly, "quartermaster". So, not a KGB guy. :)

So, we got all the details in place. Nice. It surely adds to the fun to have a story to tell about the camera. Not that FSU gear isn't good for starting conversations in itself ;)

Thanks again!
