Hello
Sometime ago I purchased an EPSON V500 scanner intended to scan negatives. The seller included the two original EPSON film holders (for 35mm & slides and for MF film) plus two additional film holders. I think they are from from “Betterscanning” - and there was also a piece of AntiNewton Glass - to be used for 120 film.
I use the A film holder for MF film scanning and so far I am pleased with it.

My question, just from curiosity: Is the B film holder just a variant of the A ? Or Is it for another EPSON model ? Has it some specific purpose that I don’t know ?
Thank you for clarifying this question

I can’t answer your question about the difference, but mine looks like “A” with the larger cutout at the top. That area must be clear on my V700. Maybe the other one is for a different brand of scanner?

Those are "better Scanning" holders. Canon on the left, Epson on the right. http://www.betterscanning.com/

Thank you very much Larry and Victor.
I went through the Betterscanning website but probably I missed that information (my fault...).
Best regards
