Unusual LTM lens on eBay: Vemar 135/3.5?

Not my auction, but it's kinda neat looking...sort of late-Canon style. Anyone ever use one before?

I had one several years ago and it is a good lens. However it isn't worth what this high priced eBayer wants.. At that price it should have both caps and the original hood..
