Good info. Sometimes the flash contacts on the older cameras are not reliable -- 50-year-old wiring and all that.

It took me a good two months to "Win" this sc-10 on ebay and I had to pay an arm and a leg!!:bang:
I wasn't about to let the fellow RFFers go tru the same pain and make it even harder for Nikon collectors...:angel:

Its worth it. Fits much better with the shorter cord and looks, well more KIU.

Hmmm.. why not just get a cord that can plug into the PC terminal on the flash head? I'm missing something.

Silly me, I just use an old Vivitar 192 and a long PC extension cord. Could use the Vivitar 283 remote sensor on camera and the short PC extension cord from there to the plug too.
