UVa filters, any coated ?

Ok, this is about the most trivial question I will ever ask here, I promise.

I have 3 Leitz UVa filters. One has black type & 2 have red type "UVa".

Is there a difference or is this just a moot point? All my lenses have darn nice coatings so I wondered if these filters can help (or hurt) the image, all filter glass being equal.

That's it. I'm lame.

I've read that Leica clear filters are plain glass. I go with Heliopan or B+W Uva's.
