varifocal finder disassembly

Does anyone have or can point me to instructions on the disassembly of a Nikon Varifocal Finder. Mine gets stiff to turn in the cold so I though a cleaning and re lube might be in order.

Bob, don't have fear...
Open your varyfocal is very easy, you have only to remember the internal glass order and reglued it, if necessary, in the glasses frame.
I have dismount and repair 5-6 of this object and haven't had any difficult, with no scheme.
Were are you from, if no longer, and you can't re assembly it, ship me varyfocal, i'll be glad to reassembly it for you, free obviusly.

Thanks for the replies guys. I went ahead and did the dirty deed today with surprisingly no trouble. Just took my time and made crude notes along the way. It seems to be working better now and is a charm to view through as I gave the glass a quick clean. Steve thanks for the kind offer.
