I found out yesterday the Vietnam traveling Wall was coming to my home town of Auburn Washington. Stopped by on the way home from work today. Took a few with the M8. This was a flash back for me, as I missed the draft by 3 numbers in 1972. So may brave soldiers gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Not only in Vietnam, but all wars. Bless all the Veterans.

Very nice document. I didn't know about the traveling wall, but I made sure to visit the permanent memorial when I visited Washington some years back, after failing to go on two previous occasions and kicking myself afterwards both times.

Great images. Thanks for sharing them. I visited the Memorial in DC in '08. I cherish the images I took there.

Beautiful moving images. When I was in my twenties, living in Italy I oft thought about the young people of my age risking their lives in Vietnam.

Thanks for remembering the Vets. The draft was a PITA. I joined the Army in 1971, serving three years active duty. My cousin's name is on the wall on the early years panel - killed in combat in Thừa Thiên–Huế Vietnam 1966.
