My father photographing himself and my sister in the hall of mirrors at Tivoli in Copenhagen, 1958.
He was laughing so much, it was a miracle he could keep his Minox II still enough for a picture!

I love looking at old photos... and John Carter, that daughter of yours is precious!
Here's my great grandparents Karl and Dorothea on their wedding day in 1890
and here they are on their 50th wedding anniversary in 1940
They were born in Germany; my great grandfather farmed near Caroline, WI. My great grandmother raised five kids on that farm; here they are in 1906 (my grandmother is on the left side of the frame).

My first Wife's family with me, two years before we were married. She is the third from the left, and I'm next to her. Her sister is next and the girl on the right is a friend. The rest are her brothers. My Wife, her sister and the brother, second from the left are now deceased. Her brother to the far right just sent me this a few days ago. Sure great memories.

Two self-portraits of my late brother, Fred. He was an outstanding professional photographer, talented in stills, film and videography. As the saying goes, he forgot more about photography than I will ever know. I believe Fred took these photos sometime in the early 1970's. This old apartment building on Peachtree Street in Atlanta is long gone.
