What's the last development in that project? Somehow it seems that a rich foundation kind of think bought all the stuff from John, or what?

Where did you preorder? I don't see the option.

At the time that I pre-ordered there was no option for the book alone. Kickstarter had it listed as a book and dvd pre-order. The money was to guarantee the viability of the project. I assume no company in today's financial market wanted to risk backing this book.
