Well, I thought I'd start one of these for CV 75/2.5 lens. Looking in this section - I didnt see a dedicated thread for it and it's a great lens, I think.
Funny, - I was never really partial to 75mm FL, yet finally decided to give it a try. I think that new CV 75/1.8 kinda got me thinking - if I want to get it one day - I need to see if I even like the FL to begin with. So I got me a CV 75/2.5. I only used it for a couple of days, but I can tell - I like how it draws already. I think for a price - it is one great lens. I'm still unsure if 75mm lens is "my" FL, but the way this lens draws - may be enough to make it a "keeper'.

Time for pics! Post yours from CV 75/2.5 please!

My very first ones from Heliar 75/2.5 on RD1S (all shots are wide open at f2.5):
Flare seems to be low - into the sun :

Hmm - No love for the CV Heliar 75/2.5? I know there are some other people using this lens - hope you'll add your pics here.

Krosya, that portrait is gorgeous! VERY well done. Thanks for posting these.

I'm also interested in what people are doing with this lens. I bought one recently, but I'm waiting for my Canon P to be repaired before I can take it out for a spin.

excellent work macareux!

the Heliar is nice, but not really special in any way, imho. sold it rather quickly.

of course it is good value, yes :)
I also got a 90 Hex for almost half the Heliars new price and have it adjusted by DAG. Looking forward to it :)

Actually, I think it is pretty special - just look at your own photo - pleasantly sharp, beautiful bokeh, nice overall feel - and considering what it cost - one awsome lens. BTW - I too have M-Hexanon 90 lens and like it a lot, but I think there is clearly room for both in my bag.

While everyone else is busy talking about a new digital Fuji and new CV 75/1.8, I use what I got -film Bessa R2 and CV 75/2.5:
