Brought the lens home today, not yet time to use it (family priorities!) but I can say it is a beautiful object!
I'll test it tomorrow !

It is a family tradition when I get a new tool (toy!) first photo must be of my wife! This is a quick portrait with my new Heliar 50 1.5 VM Classic . I bought the lens planning to use it on my M7 with B&W film but as first test to know it a little bit I used the M10!
I need to order some chemicals before to photograph with film again !

Anyway here is picture # 1 , full open of course

It is a lens that you can use continuously at full aperture. Because of the good coating you always have enough contrast.
