dmr, cute shot of Oreo, who seems to fit the sink very well! I caught a similar shot of our Cassandra when younger.

Here's Cassandra washing Ruff...

This is the last picture taken of our cat "Max"...
I took him in to the Vet to remove a lump in his chest on July 21...
The next week I talked with the Doctor and the Biopsy came back as Cancer...
We returned on August 4th to have the sutures removed...the Doctor showed me that the cancer was back and not allowing the incision to heal...the most humane thing to do was let him go...

Max...The best cat ever...gonna miss him so much...he lived a good 15 years...my avatar is of his sister Ally and that's Max jumping behind her...they were a few months old when that was taken...

Sorry about your loss of Max, Sam; it's tough losing a long-time family member. Especially as one has responsibility for making momentous decisions.

A year ago our Cinnamon had a lump growing on her thigh that was found to be a cancerous tumor. The local vet removed it, but several months later it had grown back. We took her to a university veterinary teaching hospital several hours' drive away, every week for a while for radiation and chemo-therapy. Fortunately, she's now in remission, at age 16 safe for a while anyway!

Thanks Doug...

I'm glad to hear you've got more time with Cinnamon...I was hoping we'd get at least until the end of the year...I was not expecting to say Good-Bye that day...
