Something different. Unmarked tomb #43 (with flower) in the Colon cemetery in Havana holds the remains of the most important person in the Cuban Revolución, according to Fidel Castro (he classifies himself as #2). Celia Sanchez, who worked from the shadows and shunned publicity, was effectively responsible for appointing Fidel as the military leader while she provided organization, money, arms and recruited troops.

Almost every Cuban bows their head in reverence when Celia Sanchez's name is mentioned while Fidel and Raul have few fans left. Her unmarked tomb is hardly a secret as just about every Cuban seems to know where it is.
