w/nw - light, shadow, shape

i went out shooting this afternoon but with a difference, i established a theme beforehand and decided to not include as much info in the photo as i normally do.
light, shadow and shape was the theme and these are some of what i came up with.

i'm guessing most of you have something similar ready to post...

Did the same thing yesterday Joe....just went out a shot a roll to beat the blahs.
These will have to be thumbnails because I have a low IQ, and whenever I try new stuff on the computer I get visions of my 4lb hammer just a few feet away, and fixing this machine once and for all.

Joe! I loved your topic, and those were good shots. I'm curious about one thing? Your mailbox! In the photo its bare, but in your avator it has your name on it. I checked twice, and I'm pretty sure it's the same mailbox because of the black paint or whatever on the lower right side. Did you add the letters after the shot or is your avator digitized? Just curious?🙂

it's the same mailbox with the lettering added in photoshop, something i am still struggling with/learning.
