Area Code 100 is in Taipei City's Zhon-zhen Dist ( Zhon-zhen 中正, means Jiang Kai-shek; 5 terms President of Taiwan; There is a 2-term limit but he changed the rule, so 25 years of
Presidency till his death in 1975 ( he also changed a 4 year term to a five year term 😎😎😎), Jiufen's area code is 224,

Jiufen is in old Taipei County, a mining town, now, New Taipei City, some smart realtor transformed it to become a tourist spot, it's about 20 some miles north of Taipei, i was there Several times before...i see that Yilan whisky is taking effects😆😆😆...just joking!

I was there with my family in 1964-1965. I can’t imagine how much it has changed since then. I still have some of my father’s photos of the temples and street markets. We lived at Ren Ai Lu.

(Taipei American School was probably the worst school I’ve attended.)
