W/NW: Pictures of Picture Takers

Maybe a little respect for alternative approaches would enable you to embrace the whole community of photographers and not just your personal viewpoint?

Wise words, applicable to any profession, hobby, or attitude of life.

I don´t know him but, maybe John Robertson? I think that he´s from Scotland, and I´m sure he is a Great photographer

Yes , that's John E.Robertson, I visited him in April.

bertra,

OK !!! ITS CONFESSION TIME!!!!

Bertram and his wife Ilse, visited me in Dundee at the end of April. We had a great time!!

However- after we had been shooting at various sights I had chosen for them to visit, and at the time that picture was taken , I discovered that somehow I had managed to shoot about 40+shots on a 36 exposure fim.
You guessed!! I had been shooting with an EMPTY camera, possibly the first time I have done that in 50 years of photography.
Great Photographer????? I doubt it!! But thanks for the thought

P.S. I know you should watch the rewind, I've told God knows how many other people that!! :bang:

Well, it is the intention which counts !! The pics WERE taken and they are still somewhere in the universe. Who cares for some bloody negs ? :D :D
Yes, this Bessa film wind is really smooth, easy to miss the lack of any f ilm inside !

My son and I met Peter C at a resturant this morning for coffee/breakfast. He took this picture of the 2 of us which I really enjoy because it is of my son and I. (Being the picture taker there are very few pictures of me.) This resturant parking lot hosts a weekly Sunday morning motorcycle meet. We both have "helmet head" since we arrived by motorcycle. (1974 BMW R90/6)

Thank you for the photo, Peter!
(Nicely taken with a Kiev 4am with J12 lens.)

The reversed-image causes seasickness

The reversed-image causes seasickness

Our friend Erica at Ashbridges Park in Toronto trying out a TLR for the first time. It was challenging to figure out the reversed-image business. She had it at some pretty odd angles in the beginning. She ended up doing reasonably well with it.

Every year in january we have europes biggest 6 day bicycle race here, I'm in charge of the internetconection and computers for the PJs and our own staff of shooters and editors.

This guy manages all the marketing and multimedia activities and did some video himselfs.

The shot was taken when we had our meeting after the first day of this years race when he was toying with another PJs Nikon D1.

Shot on HP5 @EI800 with Contax G1 and Planar 45.
