any of the Tessar equipped folders or clones will be really sharp if the camera is rigid and in good shape. My Iskra has a Tessar clone and it is wicked sharp around f8-f11.

In 35mm,mine was a Contessa.

Rich, i think the voigtlander bessa's w the super heliar are considered the top...
However i have to confess, my zeiss super ikonta has a humble 3-element lens but it amazed me with its performance.
 
My Franka IIIe also has a very sharp lens when closed down a little. The Schneider lenses can be quite good.

The Adox I posted above has a three element Schnieder Radionar lens and it surprised me as well (when focused properly) :) ...
