Always the gals are much nicer to look at, but the older folks have a certain - whatever. The dignity of age and much life experience, maybe. It shows in their faces.

DownUnder, as always your observations and comments are a treat to read. I believe that every face is interesting, and every face can tell a story. Weather the story is the truth or a figment of one's imagination doesn't really matter; imagination is a wonderful thing!

Gorgeous colors in this image, BTW. I struggle and sweat to get any colors near yours with my Xpro2.

Also, for color photography I usually shoot JPEGs using the "PRO Neg. Hi" film simulation.

Per Fujifilm: PRO Neg. Hi boosts contrast, creating shadows even in flat light, making it easier for creating outdoor portraits or other images in natural light where it is difficult to adjust the lighting. Once you understand the characteristics you can use PRO Neg. Hi, for example, for street photography in bright sunshine to take advantage of its characteristic contrast and highlights that tend to hold detail well.
