How do you do it ? Do you keep the camera in your pocket, then pull it out, pull the lens, focus, set aperture and speed, raise it to your eyes and shoot ? All that would take a while and perhaps lose the "decisive moment" and the candid quality of the shot.

My take, after using all kinds of cameras, is there is no better tool than a preset, palm-of-the-hand Barnack+collapsible for invisible 'passage', then nailing A decisive moment. Fast second and third shots aren't the LTM's strong point, but what good is a giant, bulky (wink) M, or S, or whatever after the 'moment' has passed.
Oscar's camera hasn't been around forever for no good reason!!!
