With all this scare about film becoming a scarce commodity, I started looking to stockpile film via ebay. I found this german auction, the translation is below.

So you tell me, what is being sold here? My mind is still spinning.

Here you are bidding for a film (naturally unexposed!!) from our new camera.

24 pictures are on the film.

Our highly-desired camera naturally works perfectly and takes cool pictures.

Whether outside in nature, inside at home, it should be "waterproof" :)

As you can see, we use the same films that we are offering in our camera, and it accompanies us everywhere.

The quality of the developed pictures is SUUUPER good.

There have even been some really good candid "shots" taken.

By way of a super great offer we unfortunately bought far too many of these films (such are women ;)) and

are auctioning these here on ebay for this reason,

so that everyone can come to enjoy these wonderful films.
 
I could be mistaken, but this reminds me of films sold in the back of camera magazines back in the 1950's. Pinup and candid shots that were unprocessed. You buy the film and have it developed (of course back then, you'd process the B&W film yourself at home). A shy man's form of porno.

I can't believe it would sell well in this day of the Internet and the privacy it offers.

Can you ask them if the kamera with the crotch level finder is included? :D
I checked their feedback. This is the first item they have sold.

Yoikes... my German was too rusty to get that much out of the OP. Reminds me of some of the ladies I knew when I was stationed in Bavaria in the early '80s. :eek:

Thanks, I think, for the full translation. I'd considered babelfishing it... hmm, maybe I should anyway. The mangling might allow it to actually make a small amount of sense :bang:

Kevin, Backalley (Joe) will tell you if you have to delete it. The images of the girls holding the camera at crotch level and the girls mentioning that the camera was "waterproof" ;) ;) tells me ;) ;) they had some ;) ;) extraordinary (possibly kinky) photos ;) ;) for sale ;) ;) .
