Barrett,
I often use Walgreens 400 ASA film for excellent results. Kodak 200 is most likely an excellent film. There will be some features that look better with Reala 100.

My sis-in-law gave me a couple rolls of Gold 200. It's good till 2012 but she doesn't think she'll use it by then... Doing test duty in the dollar-fortynine ME Super SE right now.
I'm just back from The Store That Can't Be Named Here Without Starting A Political Discussion, with a new set of precision screwdrivers and a can of Rem Oil. Planning to take the top plate off the Leica IIIf tonight to see what's wrong with the 1/1000 speed and hopefully get better rangefinder contrast.
Oh, and I need to develop a test roll of Neopan 1600 from the Leica, hunting down a light leak. Only have a dubious remainder of D-76 in the house but it will have to do.

The weather is horrible in Luxembourg, unfortunately. So no bicycling or photos around the farmers market as I was hoping. Instead I have a roll of Ilford HP5+ loaded in the Rollei 35RF and the Nokton 50mm f1.5 on it, so I'm taking it along to a birthday party for a friend's one year old son. So far I'm very happy with the combo for shooting indoors.
I also picked up an enlargement today that will be a gift for someone, and got two rolls of expired no-name colour ISO 200 for 1€ each!

I hope that the weather is good for this weekend, wherever you live.
I started today taking photos with a Bessa R with Pentax 43mm 1.9, plus with a Canon P and a Canon 19mm 3.5.
What are you plans for this weekend?

it is going to be beautiful tomorrow. i intend to get up early and shoot some flora and fauna with my evil slr, and whatever shows interesting light with my bessa r. both are loaded with walgreens 400 color. i like that stuff. it is about as close to black and white as color film can get without manipulation. it has just enough grain to be, uh, interesting in a b&w way. other than that, i will do some light chores ...

gorgeous here at the fishcamp today. used my evil praktica ltl3 and spiratone 400/6.3 to get some bird shots this morning, including some shots of one of our resident red-shouldred hawks eating a kill. the bessa r has gotten a light workout so far; a couple shots with the i-50, then the canon 50/1.8. it's the canon's first chance with color since got it. perhaps a ride on the scoot will yield some shots - but not while riding ...

I am swamped with work, Paul, and therefore I had no time to call you.
I hope that your visit went well.

It is a wonderful day here in Pensacola, Florida!
I have on my 'agenda" taking the kids to the fair grounds, close to the beach today.
This could be a good Bessa R day.
What are your photography or other activities plans for the weekend?

The late afternoon light was very nice today, and I used the 75mm Summilux on an M6 with 0.85 VF to take photos of my family at the playground.

I went south to the Australian 'high country' - I took photos with my bessa r3m with 50/2 heliar, holga 6x12 panoramic, and yashica 6x6.
The films will wait in the fridge until I send the next batch to Melbourne for processing. Medium format labs are getting hard to find here. Oh and I shot 1 roll of kodachrome, that will wait for my final 12 rolls to head to dwaynes.

Spent Saturday morning shooting 5 rolls of slides and color negs of the Cherry Blossom's with the 533/16 and Bessa I, also put a roll of LegacyPro 400 and 100 through the M4-2+35 2.5 shooting the crowd's. Was my first try at zone focusing so I'm very eager to see how those came out.
This weekend I used a Leica X1 and a Leica M4.

On Sat I went to the local point to point and used the M3 DS and the M2 with XP2 and Superia 400. Took a few with a Pany FX3 .
On Sunday we took horses to the beach. Tide was way out so they had a good gallop. Finished of a roll that was in a Yashica SLR . Also had the M3 with the 90 Elmarit.

I originally had no plans, but they are tearing down an old milk processing plant next door and the result of this week made an interesting subject for the Rollei35RF and Nokton 50 f/1.5.

We're all light!
Other than a few rolls of happy snaps in Prospect Park yesterday (good ol' Gold 200 in the Contax Tvs), not much. Mostly busy putting up wall shelving in TAB (Tiny Ateliér Brooklyn...yeah, I just made that name up, and like it so much that I'll make it stick), which will help get the joint in shape for working on future photograpjic projects. First things first!

I got back today from a 4 day trip to Montreal, Canada. I traveled light, so I had only the Minox GT with me. I may have taken some nice photos.
