Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

I'm thinking of snapping up a Nikkor 20mm/3.5 AI from a local photog tomorrow. If the weather permits I'll shoot a test roll with it. Maybe I'll shoot the new Rollei RPX 400 film I bought recently.

Well I did as promised last week and got a replacement for my lost Mju ...`cept it wasn`t another Mju but a Rollei 35s.
I`ll be taking that with HP5 to the RFF meet in Manchester tomorrow.

No real plans this weekend BUT I found two rolls of Provia 400 and a roll of Lumiere 100 in the refrigerator...With the Fall colors coming (and Yes we get Fall colors out here in So. Cal) I was hoping to maybe use this film for that...
Just not sure which camera to use...the YashicaMat or the Mamiya 645...

I will come back home by plane after a week in Porto, Portugal.
Then, I will work on all the pictures I've done - mostly panoramics with my Epson R-D1 and that old Voigtlander Ultra-Wide Heliar 12mm.
I hope I will make great things… I will post it on my gallery then.

Slight change in plans: I will accompany my wife, who is the high school wrestling team's score keeper, to a big, all-day tournament saturday. I love freestyle wrestling, but I imagine I will get out and about and look for lyric illustration photos.
Ah, and tonight I will soup two rolls of Kentmere 400; one from the FE2, the other from the FED-2. Probably will not get a chance to scan them until saturday night or early Sunday morning ...

gotta use my swc...

gotta use my swc...

i'm still learning how to see "wide"...a lot of the time i see "telephoto". so many of the images i am drawn to are made with 28mm or 24mm or wider. i am enjoying my "wide" attempts and just need to keep at it.

breathe, relax and enjoy.

Ran my film last night. tried a different development/agitation technique on one roll. bad, bad, bad decision. i might salvage 2 or 3 shots. stoopid, stoopid, stoopid, when i had a technique producing exactly what i wanted ... 🙁

It is Saturday today, and the weather is barely "OK" here. My wife had a serious car accident, and we are in the process of finding her another car. This has slowed down my photography for a few days. She is fine.

What will you be up to?

I'd say chiillin' but there's enough of that outside!

Went for a good walk this morning - little snow, but lots of ice and a cold Northerly. Took a few landscapes.

Back indoors now and grateful for a warm home and a good lunch... I feel a snooze comein' on...Zzzzzzzzzzz
