Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

finished a roll of tri-x today at the wrestling tournament, and started another at an interesting cemetery next door to the high school hosting the tournament.
i'm out of my d-76 pre-mix, so i switched to tmax 1 + 9 to soup the roll i finished today. i wanted to see what it looks like in comparison to d-76 1:1. tmax sure is easier to mix in small batches. the negs look just fine. will scan 'em in the morning ...

I finished off a roll of 400 color film in the Fed 5 & a roll of gold 200 in the Vitoret. Tomorrow I'll use the Canon T70 to get a bit more familure with it & maybe the Canonet. Problem with the Canonet is, I can't remember if I loaded a 24 count roll of BW400CN or a 36 Roll of XP2. :bang: Also will pick up the film from the Fed 5 & drop off the roll from the Vitoret. Looking forward to seeing results from the Vitoret.

We had a change in our plans for today, and instead, we had a 5 hour brunch at some friends home. There was a variety of middle eastern delciate foods. Several types of olives and cheese, pita bread, meat, vegetables, plenty of sweets .... etc.


We may visit tomorrow the gardens or maybe not.
 
Took a few photos during a bike ride yesterday with the XA, trying to finish off the roll of HP5 that has mostly hiking photos on it...=]
 
Working on a series of Mr. Bill pics with the Diacord/Ilford Delta 3200.

Figuring out a focusing mount for the 22mm/2.8 lens that I pulled out of a broken Minolta-16 (16mm submini) to repurpose on my E-PL2 as an ultra-pancake. Nice quality, can focus to a few inches without sticking out further than the built-in hand grip, and (this was quite surprising) has 100% coverage with no vignetting. I like its overall character better than the 28/2.8 Industar-69 that I've been using as my all-purpose coat-pocket lens, and it is smaller and of a focal length that agrees with me more. Good weekend.
 
I went on a short hike with two friends.
We were in Pembroke (Virginia), where the movie Dirty Dancing was filmed in 1986, I used a Bessa T with a Zeiss Opton 5cm 1.5 while the Bessa T had a CV 25mm/4 on it. I hope that some of the images come out really nicely. It was cold, and there were many icicles in the cascading stream there.

What are you up to this weekend?
 
No film loaded camera for this weekend, but one roll of Fomapan 400 (135-36exp) and another of HP5+ (135-36exp) to soup... once again some old rolls (I'd say up to 18 months old)... who knows how it will look like!
 
We will have tomorrow a really bad weather day in Blacksburg (VA) with freezing rain and yucky stuff. Enjoy the Leica and the warmth from the fire place.
 
Anybody else planning to take advantage of the empty streets later on today? (Super Bowl, for you non-US readers.) I never watch it.

I came by an interesting looking construction site yesterday that should have nice light when the (pre)game is on. Plus, I figured out the Leica's light leak, and how to avoid it for the moment. So I'll be there testing the sharpness of my I-50 rigid.
 
Long day tomorrow. Driving to Frankfurt, full day of meetings, then driving to Switzerland near Bern. That's the bad news, the good news is that on Saturday and Sunday it's me, a couple of friends, a snowboard, and a Rollei 35S. 🙂

If weather allows, i'll be shooting my second roll of the new porta 400 on saturday. Have to pick up the first roll tomorrow, and see how the scanning of this film goes.
 
On Saturday, I will be shooting pictures for my brother in laws web site, who has recently started for himself as a prosecution lawyer. He needs a portrait and some 'office' shots, both of law-related items (robe, books, etc) and the Jugendstil building he took office in.

When done I hope to shoot some street before I have to take the train back home.

Souping film on Sunday, I guess.

We have sunny weather, so I will be doing some photography. I may aim at extra sharpness by using a heavy tripod with a Rollei of Fujica G690BL.
 
I've got (new to me) a 35/2 Nikkor-O, a 55/3.5 Micro-Nikkor & a 105/2.5 Nikkor-P in need of a get to know you workout and a nice little pile of Tri-X. Hopefully the weather will co-operate.

These are all excellent lenses. I love the 105/2.5. It is very sharp, and it is well built. The 55/3.5 is unbelievably sharp.
 
i finished late this morning a roll of ap400/tri-x in my konica s III. hope to soup it tonight.
also finished a roll of fuji 200 in my fe2 this morning. i will pick up color negs and CD in a little bit. looks like some editing and scanning tomorrow, and with the incoming beautiful weather, i will shoot some ap400 as well ...
 
I am selling my 300mm f/4L IS USM tomorrow to raise some more money for m2. I'll grab my R7 with me with XP2 Super 400 loaded in to it.. I was amazed by this film after developing few shots as B&W, not C41 process, and getting amazing sweet results (at least what I was after).
