I took these photos this morning in New Orleans with a LUMIX DMC FZ5:

I bought a roll of Velvia 50 and another of 100F
$23 total. Wow that is expensive!
I'm going to try and catch some colorful cityscapes , weather permitting

Printed some medium format negatives today at the darkroom. On Monday, I'll be going out with some friends to the Japanese Garden here in Portland. Plan to shoot both my Mamiya 6 and my Leica M3.

It's weekend again, and we have gorgeous weather. I will use any camera and any lens, but I will take photos this weekend.

What will you be up to photographically this weekend? Developing film, scanning, taking photos, ... etc. ?

Have a wedding to shoot tomorrow. Will shoot the bride & groom early while preparing for the ceremony with the Bessa R using Tri-X. Will use a Canon SLR with Portra 800. Will also use the Bessa for the ceremony & reception.

I got my Bessa R back, repaired by Jerry Sorin, so it will be used soon. It is a great camera.

Ordered a film scanner today and chemicals for home developing. Using evil DSLR to shoot high school varsity softball tournament tomorrow. M7 will be along loaded with B&W for targets of opportunity.

I remember it broke on you while in Cairo. What did he find wrong with it?
perhaps you'll use it this weekend.

It was the film advance mechanism. I bought it that way, and Eddy Smolov worked on it, but it broke in Cairo. Hopefully, now it is fine.

I'll see what I can do with my Zero Image 6x6 pinhole and my new Holga 120wpc pinhole. I'll leave the 35mm home.

I really have this urge to shoot but it's supposed to continue raining tomorrow so if it does maybe I'll set up the darkroom and spend the day in there...
I have a roll of Neopan 400 and a roll of Acros 100 that I shot with the 4x5 camera using a 6x7 back...I was playing with my Bausch & Lomb Tessar 190mm 4.5 lens...so far I like the negs...

Just got back from shooting a wedding with the Bessa R & Canon AE1p with 50/1.4. The theme for the wedding was Black & White so I shot some BW400CN & Arista Premium 400 (Tri X) in the Bessa using a Jupiter 3 & a CV35/2.5. Portra 800 & 400 in the SLR. Had a good time.

i finished a roll of ap 400 with my bessa r2m in the hospital, shot up another roll of 24-exp ap 400, and started a roll of fuji 200 in the hospital, both with the r2m. i am home now, and expect to soup a roll of ap 400 any minute now ... ;)

I've had a ton of things get in the way of a ton of things....

And, this weekend is not much different, but I did manage to acquire a new (to me, anyway) digital wingman to my film posse (Nikon Coolpix P6000), which is going to get a workout over the next few days. Results (hopefully) soon.

I'm going to be spending the weekend scanning some 35mm negatives from the 80's and 90's.

I only use MF now and I scan them on an Epson V750 - great for 120 but not at all great for 35mm. A friend has lent me his Flextight X1 scanner, so I'll be using that to scan the 35mm negs - can't wait to see what it can do!
