Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

experimenting with my new Polaroid SLR 670m by MiNT.

- calibrating my Lumu meter for the Impossible SX-70 B&W film
- learning the camera's behavior with auto, manual exposure, and flash operation
- trying to make a decent picture or two along the way

and scanning the prints.

I'm gonna get my usual bike ride in in the morning but I'm hoping to spend most of the day putting film through my cameras! I just got a new ZM 25/2,8 + VF that I'm getting used to and an M2 that's older than my M3 that I'm putting through its paces. The ZM and its VF are jewels. I'm still evaluating the M2 and will put a second (or third) roll through it tomorrow to confirm but I think that despite some initial concerns, I will keep it.

This weekend:

- tests of exposure and controls on Polaroid SLR670m
- scanned last two packs of Impossible film
- Walk with Sony A7 fitted with Skink f/71 Zone plate

Fun stuff!

The weekend is just waiting for us around the corner!
I will try out the original Nokton 50/1,5 in Prominent mount on my M8 with an Amedeo adapter that he has sent me to try out. It will be the usual downtown Pensacola and my daughters as my models.

What will you be doing?

With a dip in the average temps this time of year, I am just looking forward to getting out and doing anything! Maybe the XP and the lovely little 27. Hard to put down!

Friends of mine, at least one of them into photography, are visiting the city from Belgium so we'll be shooting around. I'll be shooting with M2 and Elmar-M 50/2.8 loaded with Neopan 400.

I used the M8 with the Nokton (for the Prominent) at the beach for some photos. Amedeo sent me a new adapter for it.

Summer potluck picnic gathering for county political party, with candidates showing up and even our congress-critter, interesting conversations. On a ranch well up the slopes of the valley, with towering plumes of smoke from area wild-fires in the distance. Using chrome M8 with the little 35mm C-Biogon. (Oh... when in for a checkup the other day my doctor asked, "What's with the antique camera?" LOL)

Sunday, maybe a walk in the park will be smarter than trying to get closer to the smoke...

Daughter coming over to ride her horse but I`ll try and get away some time up the coast to the old fishing port of Fleetwood.

They hold a tram sunday every year down the main street ...vintage cars ,trams cars and fairgrounds for the kids

It is weekend, and most of us have some time to spend on photography. I will take out the family, as usual on weekends. My M9 is still with Leica Camera INC, so I will use the M8.

What are you up to?

Burnouts on Main Street... guys in their hotrods burning rubber, ordinarily considered reckless driving. It's "run what you brung" in a nearby smaller town so it should be interesting, maybe some photos... :)

I almost always start out my weekends with some indoors photos of my daughters. It makes me feel good that I managed ti get at least photos at home.

Continue work on building a dedicated darkroom!

Pick photo for RFF Postcard project.

Make some B & W and COLOR prints in my current basement darkroom.

Ugh. I awoke to the blur of an empty bottle of tequila and at least two bottles of wine -well, that is what I have found so far.

I knew I had camera(s) out.

Somewhere around 500 images later ... I am apparently quite the dancer.

Bought my new film stock and dusting off my M6_ Hasselblad to to go back to real photography Once again . I can't wait until this week-end comes.

It is weekend again, and for many, there is some time for photography.
I will do some local walks tomorrow.

What are you up to?

I shot a forties WW2 event in Lytham yesterday (Sat) with a DP3M and an M3 / 50 ZMC Sonnar , XP2.

Today the weather seems to have taken a turn for the worse so nothing planned as yet.

I had to head out to Sacto to meet up this morning withe my sister who was in town for the morning. Afterwards it was a rather less then stellar drive back to the bay area, and I stopped at Mare Island to shot the rest of the roll I had started that morning. I found the LCS 102 was open for business and took the tour, have to say it was one of the better WWII museum ships I've been on. Plus they were OK with me tramping around with the S3 taking photos.
